VLOOKUP and array

I got a problem in vlookup formula, especially in table array part. In a cell, I want to replace the name in table array, so please help me.

Please explain in detail what you want to do, preferably with a clear example.

As I reviewed the problem, I found the file is macro enabled and the file is in VBA so I guess at first I need to enable macro and VBA.

I want to send you an image of my problem but I could not able to attach the image.
