Vlook Formula Error

Hi, experts. 

Please find simple Vlookup formula in attachment. Formula gives #N/A as a result. As I understand it is not possible to search in cell if cell size is more than 255 symbol . The point is the formula works normally in my mates computer. 

How can I solve this issue? Any idea?
