I've been having a very encumbering experience using excel recently.
Charts in excel are very slow to edit, and when the data is updated it reacts very slowly, sometimes taking minutes. Previously I have never had this issue with previous versions, even with data much much bigger. The issue transfers into any other office 365 product if I want to paste the graph there, sure I could paste it as an image, but I'd like to format it on the fly (either way it's near impossible because editing on excel is so slow).
This is not file related, as the issue is replicated on other data sets and other machines. I've seen this issue on these forums and many other forums where people are giving up and reverting back to office 2010. My machine has an 8th gen i5, 16GB of RAM, so I very much doubt it's performance related.
Currently this is a huge bottleneck in my research and would appreciate any help.
I've created and attached a simple file with which I am experiencing this problem.
