Hi, please help in turning the attached file for calculations on column G:K into a vba code to so that i can also reduce the file size because the file need to run for more that 100k members from 2017 - 2021.

Perhaps simpler formulas would make it work. See the attached. I was able to replicate your results without such an elaborate formula. I'm not a VBA proponent, for the most part, having been convinced over many years that the right formula often (admittedly not always) is more efficient than the "brute force" method.
