Variant Pricing - VLOOKUP

New Contributor

Hi Team,

Currently updating old pricing from database between two systems. From getting a dump of product codes and current pricing it doesn't include colour options just the base product code. Different product colours have different prices. E.g. Chrome - $100, Black - $125 and Brass $175

How can I VLOOKUP the code to get new price and if it returns false check if -BLK, -SB, -BN is at the end of the code and add the additional cost to the price.

Is this even possible?

Example of existing:

CODEPRICEVLOOKUP
SRP1038-CP$879$879
SRP1038-BL$939N/A
SRP1038-SB$989 N/A

Could you attach a small sample workbook demonstrating the problem (without sensitive data), or if that is not possible, make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar?

@Hans Vogelaar here is a sample workbook with some existing codes. Appreciate the help.
