V lookup

Hi.
I am needing help with a formula I need to pull across the cost string from sheet one into sheet 2. But only have the purchase order to use as reference. But some orders may have multiple cost strings linked to them. Is there a way that if the occurs to bring all cost strings accross or even get an error message to come up if the order has more then one cost string. When I do it with Vlookup it brings accross the cost string it first comes across.

@Eddy162 If you are on an Excel version that supports the new FILTER function, the attached file perhaps   contains the solution you want. I've also added an alternative that gives the cost string and a notification if there are more than one for a PO.

Note, I've used a few named ranges to keep the formulae easier to read and maintain.
