Using Windows 11, with Excel 2021, The screen is blinking

Hi All

I just bought a new Notebook with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 2021 pre-installed.

All other Office apps are working fine but Excel.

The screen keep blinking when I capture cells and and sometimes even when I type something in the cell.

I have reinstalled the office 2 times, but still not fixed.

I'm thinking if downgrade it to Office 2019 will fix the problem?
