Using spin buttons to control a dropdown list.

Good Morning all. 

Please I need your help on how to use spin buttons to control a dropdown list in Excel.

 If its possible, please guide me on how to do it. . It's gonna mean alot to me.

Thanks alot, Sir. But it's not the type I'm looking for. This one only scrolls a list. Mine is to scroll or move up or down the content of a cell that contains a list (data validation) @Nothing_Left_to_Lose

See the attached version. You'll have to allow macros.
