Using every 3rd rows ??

Hello everyone,

this is  probably basic stuff but I really need help with this, if someone can help me.

What I need to make that when I type 1000 that automatically every 3rd rows will go by 3.

Same like I have in attachment.

copy formula of F2 & G3 and paste up to required raw

In A4, enter

=IF(ISNUMBER(A1),A1+3,"")

Copy down and across as needed.
