Using Dates to display on new sheet

I have a Calibration log with all of the equipment at my company each item has a calibration due date I would like to be able to using that date if it has passed put them on a separate sheet in a list to be able to view all of the equipment that is out of calibration

Do you have Microsoft 365 or an older version?

See the attached sample workbook; it uses the FILTER function to extract the data from the Data sheet to the Out of Calibration sheet.
