Using a prompt in one cell to clear contents in others

Copper Contributor

Hello! I am creating an order sheet where if you choose a certain selection in a drop-down, then the next step appears. Is there a function, filter, formula, etc that will allow me to choose in a drop-down "delete precious order data"and then delete the contents of all the cells that I filled a drop down for? I want to be able to clear Data so that I can start a new order without manually and individually clearing each dropdown cell. I tried to put in a few pics of what I'm working with. Hope my question makes sense.

Could you attach a small sample workbook demonstrating the problem (without sensitive data), or if that is not possible, make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar? Alternatively, you can attach it to a private message to me. Thanks in advance.

@Hans Vogelaar yes I will create a small sample of it and attach. I appreciate the help!

@hans_Vogelaar I actually wound up finding a fix in VBA! Thank you for your offer to help!
