URGENT! Need for presentation today! 2.16.2022

Help!  I am trying to edit this very outdated drop down.

I cannot find the "source" of the list.

It is not on a "hidden sheet" within the very large excel file.

When I try to data validate - I get =providerlist as the source.  I have NO clue what that is or where it lives! 

Can someone PLEASE help me ASAP!!!!

@KellySquared "providerlist" is a named range. Look in the Name Manager on the Formulas ribbon, locate the name and see what it refers to (which sheet and range).
