urgent help needed

this article has a section on remove duplicate values but it won't work
What is not working? Can't you find the option in the menu? Is the expected result not coming out? What is the problem?
- I found it but doesn't work to remove duplicates in that one column. says none found
Basically the function "Remove Duplicates" works.
Tested in Excel for the Web.
Are you sure that you have duplicates? Take two cells that you assume are duplicates and compare them with e.g. A1=A2. If the result is TRUE, it is a duplicate.
