Upper Cell not showing on entering the below cell.

I downloaded the file Formulas and Functions Explained.xlsx In this window whenever I type inside a cell the upper cell is not visible at that time. what can be the problem?

Hi, this behavior has been around for a while.  i don't know if there is any 1 answer.  Here are a couple other threads:

That said, in the 2nd I noted that I see this behavior when the cell height is too small.  If you increase the row height does that make the problem go away?
