upload blocked

I am not sure why I keep getting this.  I have checked all of the formulas on the files and I didn't see anything that would indicate that it was referencing an old file. The issue is with onedrive.

Is upload blocked for any file or only for very this one? If the latest did you try to upload the copy of this file with another name?
