Update Excel Formula

Hi,

Please assist in updating the formula as explained in the attached file.

My request is to update the INDEX formula to check other criteria.

Here is a solution using array formulas; it should work in all versions of Excel. The helper columns aren't needed.

If you have Microsoft 365 or Office 2021, the formulas could be simplified using the new FILTER function.

Any reason why to use formulas?

Change your list into an Excel table (CTRL-T).

Use the column filters or insert slicers für "Client Name" and "Order nr." and filter on them.

This was just a sample data and not the entire file.. The formula will help me in pulling data from the Main File into the packing List per client. Anyway, I really appreciate your feedback !
