Update excel cell based on another cell value, with having the formula in 3rd cell

Hello.  I would like Excel to enter data from one cell into another cell, where the formula is written in 3rd cell.  For example,

I have A1 as drop down list with two options (Male, Female).

In B1 I would like to set the value to "True" if "Male" is selected, otherwise I will enter the value manually in B1.

and If I select "Male" in A1 again it will set B1 as "True" automatically. Hence I would need to have the formula in C1. Is that possible?

The example is attached. I use Excel 2019, WIN 10.

Anything is possible in this world, even at Toyota.
Insert a file with an example (without sensitive data) and use this file to explain your plan. Why does someone who wants to help even have to prepare the file?
At the same time knowing the Excel version and sometimes the operating system is an advantage.
