Unique Function

For Unique List of Items from 2 Different Sheets.

I have done by using Unique Function for One sheet into helper column and the same way for the Second sheet Post I have again use Unique function for Helper column 1 and 2 but I got an error of # Value. kindly help how we can use the Unique function for bringing unique items from 2 different sheets or columns.
