undoing turning a spreadsheet into a table

I have recently turned a spreadsheet into a table but i have now lost the ability to filter and excel functionality is very slow and keeps stalling. I want to reverse the action and just get my spreadsheet back to normal.

A table has the explicit ability to filter (which you probably explicitly switched off) and does NOT slow down a spreadsheet.
By reversing THIS action you won't solve anything.

A slow spreadsheet can have several reasons. If you upload the workbook the helpers could examine it.
