Unable to understand how the date is calculated in the data i received and in need of help!!

Hello Team, I'm stuck with a simple date calculations even though im aware about the formulas but somehow isn't able to get to the root cause & find a solution on how is it getting calculated. Here is the sample sheet attached for your reference. Please guide me trough the process to self learn & implement the same in my upcoming reports. Many thanks in advance for the help!

Your screenshot shows neither the formulas nor the dates the formulas are based on, so it is impossible to help you.

Could you attach a sample workbook (without sensitive data), or if that is not possible, make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar? Thanks in advance.
