Unable to Import Data from web in Excel 2016

Hello 

I am getting following error message,when i am trying to import data from web in Excel 2016 

"DataSource.Error: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.
Details:"
Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated. I am using windows 8.

Really stuck up with this from couple of days.

I was unable to get that link into Excel as well. Likely the web page contains scripting Excel is unable to process.

I was getting following message, when i am trying to  update data fromhttps://www.timeanddate.com/ website . @Jan Karel Pieterse 

Pic1,2,3 are when i tried importing directly. and pic4 wheni tried to import using power query
