Unable to get desired result when using data solver option

I want to allocate the size wise qty in various ratios, example file is given as attachment, pls help me to solve this problem... conditions and expects results given in the attachment itself.

Can you clarify if the condition you specified is correct?

- cell E13 to L17 should nor exceed3 and it should be rounded off (0,1,2,3)
- cell M13 to M17 should not exceed 5

Yes it is correct, that means to the particular ratio one size maximum can come 3pce only, at the same time total no. of pcs should not exceed 5.

For example, each 1 can come in 5sizes or one size can enter as 2 and rest 3sizes can come with 1.

I think you got the parameters right based on what you intended to achieve. I believe the challenge will be that solver is looking for the optimal solution which is taking forever for it to find.
