Added custom tab to ribbon -- My Macros
Added custom group in that tab -- CB Macros
Added personal macros to the group -- e.g. Sort_on_Email
Then, when I select the macro name to edit the name, there's no opportunity to associate an icon with the command. So, on the My Macros ribbon, I have the list of macro names, but no icon.
