Trouble with multi-column formulas while building allocation sheet

Hi All,

I am looking to build a formula that will take the sum of certain data points when using a different column as criteria. I would like to be able to put a formula in J2 that would add up the weights in column E, only if that same row is labeled "I" in column H. In J3 I would like the same but for rows labeled "E" in column H, and so forth. 

Is there a way that I could do this?
