How do you get a trendline from a scatter plot graph?

@natalie1198 Try right-clicking on any of the data points and select "Add trendline..."

after your create the chart, you press right click on any of the points then select "add trendline" you can configure it from the properties and show the equation or R-sq

I have tried that. When I right click on any of my points it does not highlight it but shows four options: Alt text, Format, Cut, Copy. Trendline does not appear on any of this. Helpppp
