Transform data missing, needing to filter large spreadsheet

Hi there,

I'm attempting to analyse a large data sheet (has over 4.7 million rows), I don't need all this information so I was hoping to filter the relevant data through 'transform data', but the button appears to be missing when attempting to add the csv. data. 

I'm using a Mac with a 365 license and updated Excel to 16.68. 

Any ideas why I haven't got transform data?

Any help would be appreciated :)

Thank you for getting back to me.
I attempted to follow the guidance on the link you sent, although I believe my school may have disabled the insider ability - which is also stated at the bottom of the linked page.
But thank you nonetheless, the clears it up I reckon!
