Transferring long tables to Word?

Hi!

I have a super long table that is HJ columns long (if that is a valid unit of measurement haha), and I am just having the hardest time transferring it over to word for a research paper appendix. What I want to happen is to have spill over to as much pages as it needs, but nothing I've looked up seemed to work. 

I've attached the table's excel file and a word file of what happened when I pasted it over.

Perhaps you should simply transpose your table?

@Jan Karel Pieterse You mean splitting the columns? That would be a darn inconvenience. Haha! Is there no other option to make it spill to other pages automatically?

No I mean switching rows and columns
