tracking amount of days in calendar

I place intravenous lines.  In one column I place my insertion date and in the last column I want excel to calculate the number of days this line has been since the current day.  So column F would be the date in format 2/11/22 and in column J I would want it to show me the number of days the catheter is in on the day I check.  Any ideas?

In J2:

=IF(F2="","",TODAY()-F2)

Format J2 as General or as Number, then fill down as far as you want.

You may want NETWORKDAYS function if you want to ignore the holidays.
