Tornado diagram horizontal axis scale.

Hello, 

I really need your assistance in this. 

I am creating a tornado diagram and I want the bars to be centered on a value other than zero, so the butterfly shape starts from that value rather than 0.

This is what I could do now, however, this is not what I want, as you can see the bars are centered around zero. 

I want to make a diagram like the image below where the bars are centered on 6.

I have done format axis >> axis options >> vertical axis crosses >> axis value 

and I have changed it to 31,733.10 

The following pic is before the value change ( when it was 0)

and this picture is after I changed the value to 31,733.10 

as you can see, the bars are still in their place,  only the middle line changed!
