I'm trying to create a time sheet summary for my job. I have my employees names in Sheet 1, column A3:10, and in B2:O2 I have each date within the pay period. On Sheet 2, I have a dumped sheet from my time keeping system. I want to sum the number of hours IF the name and date match.
Can you help me create the formula?

That's bit abstract. Perhaps you may share small sample file to illustrate how your data is structure (especially from time keeping system) removing all sensitive information from it.
