Time Format

How to format time that exceeds 24 hours to reflect an accurate number (example - 25 hours shows as 1 hour - need it to show 25 hours).

Apply the custom number format

[h]:mm

or, if you need seconds too

[h]:mm:ss

@JPCFSP Excel understands days as numbers, and so hours of a day a fractions of 1. To that end, I set out the example below:

Divide 25 by 24 hours = 1.04 = 25:00, with custom number formatting [h]:mm
