The NAME in a Comment in Excel does not match

I have an excel spreadsheet and the comments are my wife's name and not mine.

The author of the spreadsheet is me and I am logged into 365 on the computer.

What do you see as username in File > Options, under "Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office"?

@Hans Vogelaar If I am under EXCEL I don't have File>Options.

However, I may have figured it out. One drive was signed in as my wife. I still don't understand why the file, when edited by me and my excel, still labeled the comments as her.

File > Options is for Windows. On a Mac, it is Excel menu > Preferences.
