Text Formula Not Working

Hello, 

I am currently using the same formula on two separate tables, on two separate workbooks and only one will work. 

Here is table 1: Working

Here is table 2: Not working

• All cells are formatted at "text."
• "Automatic" is selected for calculation options.
• "Show formulas" is not selected. 
• Tables are on to separate books and two differently named tables. 

Any suggestions?

Set cell format to General for the affected cells. Go back into H2 in the formula bar and press enter to calculate.
