I'm trying to create a virtual log that we use daily and need a blank copy to start new every day. Is there a way to do this in teams? Either by locking an excel file for someone to save a copy every day with the date, or making the work flow easier to save as.
I have trouble doing save as in the TEAMS app- but once you open share point you can. I've tried to find a way to make a duplicate copy and then rename it but haven't been successful. I want to make the process as easy as possible on the group and am looking for solutions! Thanks in advance
I would look into PowerAutomate (formerly known as Flow) and create a flow which triggers at a set time. This flow would: - Take the current Excel list and move (and rename) it to a history folder - Take the empty template list and copy it to the working folder
