Task timer in excel

Hello,  I wanted to know if there was any method in creating a "task timer" in excel like the one in the attached link. I also wanted to know if there was any feasible way to have the task change colors depending on the duration of time remaining. I.e. 30 mins yellow, 10 mins orange, 5 mins red, and overdue black?
