Table last cell

My tables are part of a work book I created for a few not very young friends.  They are having trouble with the next row in the tables.  Standard row height too small.  I select rows after the last row of the tables and fixed the row height to 18 for the next 150 rows.  This created an issue with locating the last cell as CTR End now moves to row 150.  Is there a solution for this?  Any help would be appreciated

I recommend suggesting your friends use the Zoom feature in View | Zoom or the slider in the bottom right corner of the application.
