SUMIFS #VALUE ERROR

Hello

I am trying to use SUMIFS formule but unable to get result. Excel gives #VALUE error and i am not able to findout the reason. Analysistoolpack addin is already active.

Could you please look into the image (Snap of screen showing data and formulas).

From the support page:

Use the same number of rows and columns for range arguments.

The Criteria_range argument must contain the same number of rows and columns as the Sum_range argument.

You could try:

=sumproduct((B1:D1=C16)*(Months=C17)*sumrange)
=sumproduct((E2:E13=C16)*(Months=C17)*sumrange)
