SUM Values based on Location, SSL and Month, show the result in Output sheet

@Sergei Baklan 
I need a sum formula or any other formula which can help me retrieve value from the Excel tab (CT Cost) to the Output tab
so when I select "ALL", it should give me the aggregated results and vice versa based on the drop-down selection I am making

1) Sum the values from CT Cost tab to Output sheet which has dropdowns
2) Based on the selection of the dropdowns the values should reflect
3) there are 3 variables, SSL, Location and month
