Sum issue while increasing the decimals

In the below example, under H column (Yellow) - business user is increasing the decimals and then identified value 1 coming up while summing up two values. In the same way under K column there is no value 1 coming in the middle while summing up two values. User is asking for the justification. Is this any bug related to H column value??
