I have sub totalled some data and then I have copied as visible cells. I now want to extract the word Total so that I can use the data. I did have a formula to do this but unfortunately I have forgotten it.
@HOWARD456 I guess you could use Find and Replace. Select the entire data range. Press Ctrl-H. In Find enter "Total" (without the quote marks). Leave Replace blank. Press Replace All.
