I'm trying to create an auto-populating study plan in excel and have run into some problems. I am on Windows 10 using Microsoft 365 Online (mostly) and would like to be able to fill out my study topics and the dates (blue text) that I am going to start studying. Then the field (yellow section) auto-populate with the effort hours to the pattern shown. The pattern adds an additional day every time I review the material ( expect the first time I review the material). This will help me adjust my start dates incase I see a major spike in effort due to my harder classes verses easier ones. I though of using a counter at the top of the sheet (italicized numbers) but I'm not sure how to keep increasing the breaks. I also though of counting the previous number of review sessions to add the gaps but I don't know how to let the cells that are "breaks" to not be a value.
