Are you referring to a standard Microsoft Template? If so a link to the specific template might serve better in yielding an answer to your question. I don't think any of us here are mind-readers, able to pick the right one.
More helpful still, if you have started using it, just post your own copy, after first making sure that none of the names are those of real students.
