Strange #VALUE! Error

For some reason the left and right formulas are not working on a specific sheet in my workbook, and only on numbers. They work fine on text, and they work fine on numbers in the other sheets. I've been going through all the settings trying to see if there are any "Sheet Specific" options, but so far no luck. Both the value cell and the formula cell or formatted as General. I saved the sheet as it's own file, deleted all my data, and the formula still doesn't work. I've attached that to see if anyone can figure out any solution. Thanks!

That worked! You know i saw that mentioned somewhere, and i just couldn't find it in the options anywhere. I thought it'd be more in the sections related to formulas. Thank you!@Sergei Baklan

Formulas section settings affects entire application. If you see difference between worksheets check settings in Advanced.
