Good Evening.
I'm an IT Technical Support with 6 years' experiences. I'm wondering with some of the users' reports regarding to excel 2013/2016.
- All opened excels were closed after wake up from sleep and the user wasn't save for an hour works. (Office 2016, Windows 10 21H2 user)
- Excel file loss data which has been existed before just by leaving open in background. (Office 2013, Windows 10 20H1 user)
- Excel files automatically deleted while autosave file are in place ($Filename.xlsx). (Office 2016, Windows 10 1904 user)
I always reply these kindly of users with that there may be kind of user fault because I can't imagine that could be happened.
Does any of this community members faced like this before?
