I am trying to create a formula in excel that if in excel space is 0 then nothing will calculate in the next cell. If that number is 1 then the next cell calculates based a % which also calculates on number of people working. Such as 7 people working - person A gets 1.5 times the dollar amount of $85 - person B gets 1 times that percent amount based on the number of people working. If 8 people the amount would be less for Person A but the formula is still the same. Total dollars of Cell is $85 then formula takes in account number of people working and the $85 is broken up based on the formula of how much to give each person with adjustment to the formula based on the level of the person. Total still adds up to the cell of $85 no matter how many people are working.
