I have a basic spreadsheet I need to do monthly.
I created the first month, is there a way to copy
the report with all the columns exactly as on the
previous month, then I can just put in the new
figures. Because if I copy it now to a new worksheet
all the spacing is off.

@Bookkeeper2351 Right click on the sheet tab (at the bottom) and select "Move or Copy...". Then check the box "Create a copy" and indicate where you want it to go.

You may consider setting one sheet empty as a template and the do copy of this sheet every month for your recording.
