Spill Array

Is it possible to reference a specific cell that is part of a spill array?

Currently when I select the cell, the contents are greyed out with the spill formula.

I want to reference a specific cell for another formula in another cell......hope this makes sense to someone - I am

Perhaps I didn't catch what do you mean exactly, by you may reference as any other cell
