To change the language settings in Excel and make cells speak Arabic, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open Microsoft Excel and go to the "File" menu.
  2. Click on "Options" and select "Language" from the left-hand panel.
  3. Under "Choose Editing Languages", select "Arabic (Saudi Arabia)" or "Arabic (Egypt)" from the list of available languages.
  4. Click "Set as Default" to make Arabic the default language for Excel.
  5. Click "OK" to save your changes and close the Language settings window.

Once you have set Arabic as the default language in Excel, you can enter text in Arabic into any cell and it will be displayed correctly. If you want Excel to read out the contents of a cell in Arabic, you can use the "Speak Cells" feature. To do this, select the cell you want to hear, go to the "Review" tab on the ribbon, and click "Speak Cells" in the "Speech" section. Excel will then read out the contents of the cell in Arabic.
