Hi
Is there any way to select each seventh row in a column to create a lesser sheet?

There are many ways that lead to Rome, including Excel, many ways that can lead to a solution.

@Robert4508 Perhaps the attached workbook contains something that may work for you.
The sheet "Base" contains all row with data. Column F is a helper with the MOD function that returns a zero for every 7th row. Filter for the zeros to only display every 7th row. Should you want to create a new sheet containing only the 7th rows, copy the filtered table (excluding column F, and paste it into a new sheet. An example in the "Extract" sheet.
