I have tried to find the answer but it seems I can't get a good search query. I hope you can help.
My goal is to sort rows, which have an column ID, which is a drop down list value, based on the value which is selected and modify all existing ID values accordingly.
So, if i have selected ID nr 1 in row 15, it should go to the top of the list. If I then select 1 in row 400, this row would go to the first position and the former row with ID 1 should become ID 2.... and so on..
I have seen this type of prioritization in Sharepoint when you are working on the sequence of fields in a form...
